Appeal Process

Appeals vary in nature, including, but not limited to, club finance, recognition, and election grievances. Any student, club, or campus organization who feels their rights have been infringed upon and wishes to file an appeal is strongly encouraged to do so. All appeal submissions will be reviewed in good faith and without bias by the Parliamentarian.

After reviewing the merits of each appeal submission, the Parliamentarian will notify the party responsible for submitting the appeal of the appeal’s status, indicating specifically whether the appeal will proceed to the Operational Appeals Board for a final decision or be dismissed.

Should a student wish to file an appeal, they are required to complete the Appeal Submission Form below. This form will guide you through the official process of submitting an appeal.
