The Student Success Division focuses on supporting the holistic well-being, global experiences, and campus engagement of students. Through various committees and working groups, this Division advocates for mental and physical wellness, improving global student experiences, and enhancing campus culture and student engagement.

Our Committees

global experience Committee

The Global Experience Committee focuses on advocating for student voices within the university's global network and works to address and improve the overall student experience across Northeastern's undergraduate global programs. Their objectives include enhancing student involvement, campus services, academics, and overall student success in all undergraduate global programs, collaborating with administrators and the student governments on the global campuses to bring positive change. The Global Experience Committee is open to all undergraduate students with no prior experience and no commitment necessary. If you are interested, just show up!

Wellness Committee

The Wellness Committee advocates for student well-being by working on mental and physical wellness projects. It is open to all undergraduate students, and no prior experience or commitment is necessary. If you are interested, just show up!

Student Engagement Committee

The Student Engagement Committee advocates for campus engagement by working on projects related to social integration, school spirit, athletics, the arts, and campus culture. The Student Engagement Committee is open to all undergraduate students with no prior experience and no commitment necessary. If you are interested, just show up!

Our Working Groups

Global Experience Office Working Group

The GEO Working Group consists of appointed students representing a wide range of academic colleges, global experiences & backgrounds and relevant administrators in the Global Experience Office to give direct feedback and offer solutions to issues related to Northeastern’s First Year Global Programs (Global Scholars, London Scholars, N.U.in), Global Network Campus Programs (Semester In, Summer In), and Study Abroad & Faculty-Led Programs (Dialogue of Civilizations, Traditional Study Abroad, Global Co-op). This working group consists of a closed number of students appointed by SGA & GEO because of their unique perspective.

Holistic Wellness Working Group

The Holistic Wellness Working Group is a select group of students representing a diverse range of academic colleges, global experiences, and backgrounds, alongside key administrators from Northeastern’s University Health & Counseling Services (UHCS). This group serves as a crucial bridge between the student body and UHCS, fostering dialogue on campus health and wellness. Its mission is to enhance the quality, awareness, and accessibility of mental and physical health services at Northeastern by amplifying a wide array of student perspectives. This working group consists of a closed number of students appointed by SGA & UHCS because of their unique perspective.
